If a customer requests a refund/return and returns the incorrect item to you, this is eligible for a reimbursement.

What is Wrong FnSku Returned?

When a product return is filed by a customer, Amazon requires that the customer send the product back to the Amazon fulfillment center within 60 days. After the item is returned to the warehouse, the item is inspected by an Amazon employee and verified against the original order. Amazon completes this check to ensure that 1) the product is the same item that was originally shipped to the customer and 2) whether the product is in a condition that can be returned to the Sellers available inventory, or must be moved to unsellable (or sellable in a ‘used’ condition).

If you are required to create a removal for this item and find that upon receiving it back from Amazon a different FnSku was returned or any specific piece of it is missing, we can file a claim on this.

How GETIDA does this claim. 

Please notify us with the order ID that the removal order was associated with and photographic evidence that the physical product returned to you is different than what the customer originally received. Once we have this information, we will be happy to submit a claim for reimbursement from Amazon to you.
