Summary: Reviewing data is an integral part of doing business and making decisions to help drive your company forward. The Getida dashboard has the functionality to generate reports so you can review historical trends and gain a holistic understanding of the impact our reimbursement service has on your Amazon selling account.
How can I see all the cases Getida has filed for me and what their values were?
Within the Getida dashboard, you can filter the date range to see all cases that have been filed in that timeframe.
- After logging into your Getida account, click "Dashboard" in the top-left section of the screen
- Adjust the date range for the cases you would like to see then click the filter button to apply the filter to the dates.
- From the dropdown menu that shows the number of cases, change the dropdown to "all"
- Click "Export" and this will generate a csv file to your local hardrive.
What does Expired and Reimbursed mean on the Dashboard Report?
Reimbursed indicates that the claim was approved and Amazon reimbursed you the amount shown.
Expired indicates that the claim was denied by Amazon and no reimbursement was issued. This does not mean that the claim had expired and we failed to submit in the required timeframe. This only indicates that the claim was not reimbursed.
How can I see a breakdown of the different claim types Getida has filed?
Each month when we generate your billing statement, the statement will include all cases we filed the previous month which were reimbursed and will provide the details of the type of claim associated with the case. To access this report, log into your Getida dashboard and select "Billing" from the left menu. Navigate to the monthly billing statement you wish to review and click "Download CSV". A document will download to your local computer with all case details from the billing statement.
Currently we do not have the functionality to download multiple billing statements into a single document so you can download the individual reports and merge them together (copy/paste) into a single document.
