Pick and Pack

Summary: The Pick and Pack claim is a service offered by Getida to assist sellers in verifying whether they are being charged excessive FBA Fees. To initiate the process, sellers are required to provide the dimensions (height, length, width) and weight of their product as it is packaged for shipment to Amazon warehouses. Once the measurements are confirmed, Getida conducts an audit by comparing them to the measurements stored in Amazon's system. If any discrepancies are found, Getida files a case on behalf of the seller and requests Amazon to reevaluate the product's measurements. Each month, sellers are allowed to make up to 20 requests for re-measurement. In rare instances, sellers may be asked to provide images as evidence to dispute Amazon's decision. If the case is successful, Amazon will adjust the FBA fee for the product and reimburse the seller for any overcharged fees incurred within the last three months.

In addition to the dimensions claim, Getida can also submit price claims based on charges the Seller is incurring for the fulfillment of the product. We will review what an ASIN is being charged for FBA fees, and compare that to what the product should be charged for the FBA fees.  If the ASIN is incorrectly overcharged, we can submit a claim to seek reimbursement for the orders which were fulfilled that were overcharged.

Note: The Pick and Pack claim is currently offered in the US marketplaces, and the Price Claim is currently available in the United States marketplace.
