Permissions EU/UK

2 min. readlast update: 01.16.2024

Summary: Permissions need to be set to the invitation on the account ([droplet_name]@plogtistix.com) so that our case managers can access only the required information in their Seller Central account and file cases on your behalf. If at any point, the permissions change within the account, it could prevent us from filing.

Getting Started: To complete the permission so we can successfully begin to file claims, please complete the following steps.

  1. Sign in to Seller Central
  2. Under Settings, click ‘User Permissions
  3. Scroll down to ‘Current Users’
  4. Click ‘Manage Permissions’ to the right of Getida (email ends in @plogistix.com)

Set the permission to the following values:

  • Fulfillment Reports - VIEW
  • Payments - VIEW & EDIT
  • Manage Your Cases - VIEW & EDIT
  • Messaging Access - VIEW
  • Selling Partner Appstore - VIEW & EDIT
  • Manage FBA Inventory/Shipments - VIEW & EDIT

Once this has been completed, please reach out to us by email at accounts@getida.com to confirm the permissions have been set.

For all stores within the EU Marketplace, Amazon requires an extra step of verification when adding a Secondary Limited User.

FAQ’s:

1) Can permissions be modified after they have already been set?

A: Yes. The permissions can be changed, however this can only be done by the client through the admin login (main login/email the Sselling account was created with) on their Seller Central account. Keep in mind that if the client modifies any of the required permissions, it could prevent us from filing claims on their behalf.
