Password Reset

Summary: Accessing the Getida dashboard requires a username and a password. Once your credentials are entered into the login page of Getida , you will be routed to your account dashboard where you can view the status of all claims we have filed, as well as other information about your GETIDA account.  

Getting Started From the Getida login page (Getida Seller Dashboard - Login) click the "forgot password" button. Enter the email address in the field provided and click 'Reset Password'.

If you have a Getida account, you will receive an email shortly that allows you to reset your password.

FAQs:

1) I clicked the password reset button, and the email address is confirmed to be accurate but I still did not receive a password reset email.

A: Check your spam folder or other junk folders where the email could have potentially been routed in your mailbox.  

If the email never arrived, close all Getida windows on your browser, then open a new browser through ingognito mode. It is possible that the password email was triggered, but potential cookies on the browser prevented it from going through. Incognito mode should fix this.

2) I successfully reset my password, however the new one does not work.

A: This is likely a cookies issue. Depending on the internet browser used, historical passwords could have been saved in the system and when trying to log in, and the browser is still trying to login with the old password. Clear cache and cookies for Getida on the browswer and attempt to log in again.
