Summary

After Amazon receives inventory into their warehouse, it is often transhipped to other warehouses to ensure that quantities are evenly distributed throughout the fulfillment network.  During the transshipment process, items can become lost

What is Lost in Transit?

The Lost in Transit claim type reconciles all transfers in an 18-month window for an FNSKU that is lost or missing while being transferred between FBA warehouses.

How Getida does this claim.

With stellar claim management team and superior audit technology, Getida finds that an unit(s) is missing or lost and files a claim for reimbursement with Amazon. When Amazon reimburses the seller, they will either choose to reimburse either with cash or an equivalent unit (in the event the units are found).

Benefits of Getida Lost in Transit claim:

By making sure Amazon accounts for the exact quantities that they transfer between FBA warehouses, we ensure no items go missing for the sellers and are reimbursed. When Amazon reimburses the seller, they will either choose to reimburse either with cash or an equivalent item.
