Getida and the Amazon Emerald Program FAQ

Getida is now part of the exclusive Amazon Emerald program, listed as an Emerald app. Emerald notifications provide you with critical business information, such as a summary of your business performance or errors that require immediate attention. Getida is one of the 10 apps that is part of the Emerald program. 

What is the Amazon Emerald program?

Amazon Emerald apps is a selection of secure and compliant third-party apps that you can access directly through Seller Central. With this update, you can now receive important, customized notifications from Emerald apps without having to leave Seller Central. Stay ahead of critical issues with notifications from Getida directly in the Seller Central Homepage and in your Notifications banner in the Selling Partner Appstore.

What are examples of notifications from Getida?

Getida users will receive notifications within their Seller Central account on actionable items such as:

  • High-value claims that need attention
  • Lost user and permissions 
  • Monthly reimbursement summary
  • List of expiring claims

And more! 

Is this update free of cost?

The Emerald update is free of cost to all Getida users. There's no extra cost to renew your app authorization.

How to Enable Emerald Notifications

The Emerald update is free of cost to all Getida users. To access the update within Seller Central, simply re-authorize your app.

New Getida users: If you are a new Getida user, you will need to authorize the app. Please refer to the below steps.

Step 1 - Authorize the developer access to your Amazon business data.

Step 2 - Allow app notifications from Getida to display in the Selling Partner Appstore.

Step 3 - After clicking on “Authorize Now,” follow the steps to navigate to the Getida Seller Portal for registration.

Current Getida users: If you’re already an active Getida user, re-authorize the app in order to grant the necessary permissions to enable notifications. Please refer to the below steps.

 Step 1 - Visit the 'Manage Your Apps' page in Seller Central.

Step 2 - Click the ‘Re-authorize’ button for the Getida app.

Once registration and authorization are completed, you will start receiving notifications from Getida and can access them by clicking on the ’Emerald App Notifications’ card on the Seller Central Homepage or the Notifications dropdown in Selling Partner Appstore.
