The Getida dashboard offers API connection to Amazon Freight to automatically retrieve Bill of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD) documents upon connecting Getida to your Seller Central account. These integrations save you countless hours locating, exporting, and providing the necessary documentation to resolve the claim.
This API connection will gather all Proof of Delivery and Bill of Lading documents from the date you connect your API and thereafter. Any historical claims needing these documents will still require you to provide these documents manually. Getida will contact you for previous shipments that require BOLs and PODs.
See below the steps to grant Getida access to Amazon Freight.
Log into Amazon Freight website: https://freight.amazon.com/
Under Setup, Select “Users”:
Select “Add User”:
Add Getida as a user using the @plogistix.com* email address. *‘Plogistix’ is Getida’s domain/server name, which provides you with a unique email and ensures maximum security for your account.
Click “Send Invite” and wait for acceptance. Once the account is setup, the Getida user will appear on your user list.
Getida will now be able to retrieve POD (Proof of Delivery) on your behalf:
