Once you opt into Doc Master Pro, Getida will automatically create all packing slips for you for inbound shipments to further expedite the inbound claim reimbursement.
Getting Started: If you have already opted into Doc Master, you can easily upgrade to Doc Master. After you submit your first packing slip through Doc Master, a pop-up window will appear that allows you to opt into Doc Master Pro. Click on the "Learn More" link in the pop-up window.
The next page will provide information on all of the benefits of Doc Master Pro. Click on the "Opt-In Now!" button.
The terms and conditions agreement will pop up. Please read and review the terms and conditions agreement, then select the option at the bottom of the page indicating you understand the terms, then click 'I Agree'.

1) My shipment shows "Requires Manual Creation". How do I generate a packing slip for this shipment?
A: This indicates that our team will not be able to create a packing slip for you automatically for this shipment. This likely happens because Amazon does not have a record of ever receiving the shipment, or the shipment was edited during the review process.
2) How can I close a shipment so Getida does not file an inbound claim for any items on it?
A: Once logged into the Doc Master Pro tool, select the icon at the top of the screen "Want to close a shipment?". Follow the prompts for closing out a shipment and we will remove this shipment from your Getida dashboard.
3) Can I create packing lists in bulk instead of have to do it one-by-one?
A: Yes. A new enhancement, internally called “Bulk” to Doc Master/Doc Master Pro - A group packing list generate feature that will be available to Doc Master and Doc Master Pro opt-in sellers. The "Select All" generates packing lists for multiple shipments, saving time for sellers and ensuring efficiency.
This release extends the capabilities of Doc Master, focusing on streamlining the packing slip generation for users handling multiple shipments. With this update, users who have not yet opted into Doc Master Pro can now enjoy increased efficiency and reduced labor costs. The ability to review individual Shipments and edit SKU level details for accuracy before final generation remains in place.
