Summary: The DOC Master tool will allow you to create and submit packing slips for your inbound shipments. This mitigates the need for clients of private-label products to procure proof of purchases that are needed to submit for inbound claims. With Doc Master, Getida enables you with a faster and more efficient claim management process by optimizing labor costs and saving time associated with the claims process.

Getting Started: DocMaster is only to be used for packing slip generation (POP) for Amazon sellers who are brand owners (private label) of the products they are creating a packing slip for. The DocMaster tool should not be used to generate packing slips for items that you are a reseller of (such as Nike shoes which are purchased from an authorized supplier, then sold on Amazon).

To opt into DocMaster, after logging into the Getida dashboard, click on the "Inbound Shipments" tab on the left side of the page.  From there, the opt-in option will be located on the next page.

After selecting "Opt in " you will be directed to fill in the name, email address, and 4-digit pin. Additionally, they will be instructed to complete the following information one time, which will be automatically saved to all future packing slips.

  • Name
  • Address
  • Logo
  • First and Last name of Signatory
  • Signature

Once the above information has been set and saved, you can then log into the DocMaster tool. Once logged in, you will be presented with a list of shipments that Getida has identified with discrepancies that will need a packing slip to file a claim. Click on the shipment ID, then review the contents of the shipment. If any of the items were not shipped in, click on the 'edit' button to modify the quantitfy so it reflects the actual amount shipped.

Complete rest of the form by filling in the name and signing the document and then select 'create packing list'. A final screen will show up with all the information and you can confirm the packing slip, or return to make any modifications. Confirming the packing slip will submit the slip to our claims team and satisify the Proof of Purchase document requirement for that shipment.
