Help CenterSummary: As part of the onboarding process, we collect additional information to provide the optimal Getida experience. The questionnaire will collect information about where to send correspondence should any issues arise with your Getida account, whether you are eligible to use our DocMaster Pro tool, and other information. Please complete this questionnaire as soon as possible upon registering your account.
Getting Started:
1) To access the questionnaire, click the user name in the top-right corner of the Getida dashboard.
2) Click the option that says "Questionnaire" and complete answers for the 24 questions.
3) Once completed, click "update" at the bottom of the page and the questionnaire will be finalized.
FAQs:
1) Can I update the questionnaire after I fill it in?
A: Yes. The questionnaire can be update at any time when you log into your Getida dashboard.
