Getida only charges a fee if reimbursements are issued, or if inventory is replaced.

How Our Charging Policy Works

  1. No Upfront Fees

    • We do not require any upfront payment to start working on your case. Our team will begin the recovery process without any initial charges.
  2. Recovery-Based Fees

    • You only pay for our services if we successfully recover money for your account. This means that our interests are aligned with yours—we are motivated to secure the best possible outcome for you.
  3. Percentage-Based Fee Structure

    • Our fee is a percentage of the recovered amount.  There are no hidden fees or additional costs.
    •
  4. Payment Upon Recovery

    • Once we have successfully recovered money for your account, Getida will charge their fee from the recovered amount and inventory replaced. This will be reflected on the next billing cycle statement.

Example Scenario 1:

Here's an example to illustrate how our charging policy works:

  • Reimbursement  Owed: $10,000
  • Reimbursed Amount: $8,000
  • Agreed Fee Percentage: 25%

In this scenario, our fee would be 25% of the recovered amount ($8,000), which equals $2,000. The full $8,000 reimbursment would be issued to your Seller Central payments account, and Getida would bill for the fee at the next billing cycle.

Example Scenario 2:

100 units of inventory were reported as warehouse lost.  We launch an investigation and Amazon comes back with confirming that 50 units are still lost with a value of $5.00 per units, and 50 units were found.

You would be charged a fee on the 50 units which were reimbursed, and the 50 units which were found would not be applied a fee.  The toal fee would be $62.50.

Example Scenario 3:

Inventory is not found, but replaced with other inventory.  100 units of inventory were marked as missing from an inbound shipment.  After we launch an investigation with Amazon, Amazon confirms that 45 units were missing and issue a full reimbursement for those units, and the remaining 65 units were replaced with the same product that Amazon had an overage of in their facility.  In this situation, the fee would be based on the full 100 units.  If the value was $5.00 per unit, the total fee would be $125.

Benefits of Our Policy

  • Risk-Free: You only pay if we successfully get reimbursed or inventory is replaced for you, ensuring that you never spend money without seeing results.
  • Aligned Interests: Our success is directly tied to your success, motivating us to recover the maximum amount possible.
  • Transparency: Clear communication and no hidden fees mean you always know what to expect.
