Billing History

Summary: All billing invoices are stored within the Getida dashboard and you may need to reference these historical records for accounting purposes. Billing statements are published to the Getida account on a monthly cadence as well as email notifications sent to the billing email address on file to notify of the updated bill.  

Getting Started: To view current and historical billing statements, please sign into their Getida dashboard.

1) On the left side of the Getida account, click on the option that says "Billing"

2) You will be directed to a page where you can see both "Statements" and "Invoices".  

To view historical statements, select the "statements" option from the top of the page then navigate down in the window to the desired month and click on the purple icon to the right that says "Download CSV". This will download an excel file that includes all the reimbursements we got for the seller for the billing period.

To view the billing invoice, click the "Invoice" option from the top of the page then navigate down in the window to the desired month and click on the purple icon to the right that says "Download PDF". This will download an PDF file that includes the total amount owed for the billing period. 

FAQs:

1) I see an error on my billing statement, how can we get this corrected?

A: Please contact support@getida.com for assistance with any billing related inquiries.

2) I don't see a billing statement for the previous month in my Dashboard. How can I get a copy of this?

A: The most common reason for this could be for one of two reasons. 1) we have not yet published the updated billing statement and it is not yet available, or 2) there were no transactions for the reported month where we were able to obtain any refunds for the client. If there are no transactions reported during the billing cycle, a billing statement will not be available for the month.

3) How can I see all the transactions and reimbursements associated with the billing cycle?
