Adding a New Store

Summary: Amazon Selling accounts can sometimes operate under a larger company that manages multiple Amazon selling accounts. When you sign up with Getida, you can consolidate all your individual selling accounts into one Getida account and mitigate the need to navigate to each account with different sign-on credentials.  

Getting Started: After signing up with Getida and registration is complete, you can begin to add new stores. Note that each additional store they add will have to go through similar onboarding steps as the original account (API connection, permissions, etc.) however you will not need to create a new Getida sign-up.

1) Once logged into the Getida dashboard, click on the option on the left that says "Add New Store"

2) On the next window that opens up, select the marketplace of the store, enter the storefront name, and then click the Amazon icon that authorizes Getida as a developer to the store.

3) Our onboarding team will work with you to configure the new store so that it is successfully added to your Getida account and we can begin filing claims on your behalf.

4) Set permissions for the new account to the following values:

  • Manage FBA Inventory/Shipments - VIEW & EDIT
  • Fulfillment Reports - VIEW
  • Payments - VIEW & EDIT
  • Manage Your Cases - VIEW & EDIT
  • Messaging Access - VIEW
  • Selling Partner Appstore - VIEW & EDIT

FAQs:

1) Can all my store's reporting be consolidated to a single report?

A: Not at this time. We undestand this request would simplify reporting for your company purposes, however; at this time all reporting will be broken down by individual stores. You can navigate to the different billing and reporting for each store within the Getida account.

2) Do I have to set up individual stores for each region I my store operates in in the EU?

A: No. If you are setting up a store in the EU, the 'add new store' feature will sync with all markets your stores operates in in the EU. (i.e. if you have one store that sells in Germany and Italy, you will only need to add the one store and Getida will file claims for both markets the store operates in.

3) Can I remove a store if I no longer want Getida to file claims for that account?

A: Yes. Please reach out to support@getida.com to make any modifications to your existing account.
